2.       We reply with recommendations and rate

3.       If you accept it you may complete any required information

4.       We send you suggested payment method with deadline for payment

5.       If you transfer the full amount of the booking, we will send you a voucher or the final confirmation

How to book

Dear client, we make it easy and simple for you. Only we need the basic information to quote a price for your booking or inquiry. Contact us in English for requests or questions.

Make sure you mention the following in your request

1.       Name

2.       Nationality

3.       Destination or destinations

4.       Arrival and departure dates  or check in and check out dates

5.       You can use the code beside each price in our offers to tell us about what you selected or we can send you what we recommend according to your details.

6.       Room type [Single/Double/Triple/Suite/other]

7.       Hotel category or preferred location

8.       In case of children, please indicate the age of each child in time of traveling

9.       Tour guide language in case of tours

Optional information

You can also write about any special requests or any information to select the suitable offer for you.  Example [age-disability-interests or activities].  A business trip may not require the same hotel for scuba diving or healthy travel.

For groups and travel professionals or VIP’s, we may need more communication for best results
